Cutting Coolant XP ialah cecair pemotongan versi lebih baharu bagi emulsi biostabil dengan pelincir kandungan minyak yang tinggi. Ia adalah cecair pemotong berasaskan semi-syn yang menghasilkan emulsi susu apabila disapu dengan air. Cutting Coolant XP diperkukuh dengan bahan tambahan tekanan melampau berklorin untuk memberikan prestasi yang baik pada tugas yang lebih sukar.

Minyak kami direka untuk digunakan pada pelbagai majlis termasuk besi tuang, keluli lembut, keluli tahan karat dan aloi ferus yang lain,. Ia sesuai untuk kekerasan air antara 50 hingga 350 ppm dan kecenderungan berbuih adalah rendah.

Function : Cutting Coolant XP is a newer version cutting fluid of biostable emulsion with high oil content lubricant. It is semi-syn based cutting fluid that produces a milky emulsion when wixed with water. Cutting Coolant XP is fortified with chlorinated extreme pressure additives to provide good performance on more difficult task.

Our oil is designed for use on wide ariety of occasions including cast iron, mild steel, stainless steel and other ferrous alloys,. It is suitable for water hardness between 50 to 350 ppm and foaming tendency is low.

Feature: Free from Nitrites, PTBBA and Phenols
