Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- HR Cum Admin Executive (Kempas, JB)
- Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- ’ Responsible to advertise job vacancies and choose the right platform to advertise
- ’ To perform initial screening of candidates
- ’ Handling on-boarding & training including managing employment offer letters & other required documentation
- Payroll & Admin
- ’ To submit all the staffβs attendance, and ensure it is completed on time for payment of salaries and related expenses & allowances (overtime, medical claim, mobile claim & mileage claim allowances)
- ’ Make travel arrangements, flight booking and accommodation arrangement
- ’ Preparing HR related letters such as appointment letter, announcement, memo and etc.
- ’ To ensure all documentations such as application form, appointment letters & leaves record, are duly filed in each employeeβs personal file as per standard set by management
- ’ Monitoring staff attendance
- Foreign Staffs Affair
- ’ Handling the recruitment of foreign worker
- ’ Handle passport renewal/ permit renewal for foreign worker.
- ’ Handle discipline of foreign workers such as absence, misconduct, disobey superiorβs work order.
- General HR
- ’ Review HR policy in yearly basic to ensure policy is in line with policy of government from time to time.
- ’ Yearly staff appraisal.
- ’ Managing employee Bonus Programmes, Accommodation Issues.
- Admin
- ’ Safety and health is part of operation in admin section
- ’ Company vehicle maintenance & building maintenance
- Requirements:
- ’ Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- ’ Minimum 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
- ’ In-depth knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act/ legislation.
- ’ Proficiency with payroll software and HR system
- ’ Fluent in English or Mandarin
- ’ Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and excellent employee relations skills.
- ’ Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
- ’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ’ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
