Cutting Coolant SG1 is a biostable, fully synthetic grinding fluid with high level of corrosion protection at low centration and possesing extremely good wheel flushing performance. Due to its unique formulation, our oil combines a nitrate free composition with low foaming tendency and ability to remain clear and clean in the presence of tramp oil Cutting Coolant SG1 is free from nitrates, phenols, chlorine and PTBBA. When mixed with water, our oil gives a fluorescent green solution that is vital for good grinding. It is developed for a wide variety of materials including cast iron, mild and stainless steel. Mainly all ferrous metals.
Power Up Neat MH Cutting Oil is a multi-purpose neat cutting oil blended with an additive that provides a synergistic combination of chlorinated, sulfurized EP, and esters. It is suitable for medium to heavy-duty tapping and deep drilling processes. Formulated with highly refined mineral base stock, the combination of EP and lubricity additives provide a stable lubricating film required between the tool and metal surface.
